Hi! Been doing pretty good lately. Anxiety has been under control. Today I noticed a little dent on left cheek bone. As I have anxiety about bulbar due to tongue twitches this scares me. Should I worry about this little dent? Does atrophy present like dents?

I have about 3 twitches a day in my tongue. I asked a neurologist if this could be the start of als, or if it's too infrequent. He just said als fasciculations could start more infrequent and slowly becomming more frequent. Does anyone know anything about this?
