    Jaw/Tongue/Face Aches and Fatigue

    Maybe more like "aches" to smile and talk. My jaw and back of my tongue are achy tired, achy fatigued. I have this same feeling in my forearm and now it seems to have hit my jaw full force. So so so annoying. Beginning to obsess.Love to hear (again) from the jaw/tongue/face fatiguers.
