Over the last 2 weeks ive noticed twice now ive had a droopy eye lid in MY right eye. Seems to be cured via a good nights sleep. Only started happening this last 2 weeks. In to a year now since my twitches started...wondering what droopy eyelid means with everything else im having, twitches...

Some very strange symptoms..im sure there are many dergrees of how BFS can present. I can say this doesnt sound like MND at all, especially with the clear EMG. Have you had an MRI of brain and spine?? that might come in useful to rule things out....keep us posted.

I suggested MS, cause in some cases and i cannot stress "SOME" twitching can be an early indication of MS and it is also quite well known that Fibromyalgia can be a misdagnosis for ppl with MS. I didnt say that I think kmdgirl has MS, and also said she should accept the Fibromyalgia diagnosis...

yep buzzing ones are fun, then u have the rippling kind, the thumping kind, the ones that make ur whole body jump for a second or your leg move, the feelings that u feel totally weak as a kitten but actually u arent (percieved weakness) erm all the strange sensory symptoms that come and go...
