there is nothing to worry about when it comes to hotspots! seriously, yes they're very annoying but no need to worry, it will go eventually, could take another day, week, month maybe, but its not different in anyway stop worrying about it :)

hi lene,mine all started when i was 16, now 17, so im still quite early in and im sure you know how i feel at the moment... i too wonder if you had any other symptoms along with your twitchingnice to see someone going strong after 20 years :) very reassuring to all newbies for sure
