    yeah same here, any kind of exercise triggers the twitching off. Few month ago I went round my mates house and dig some weight lifting, didnt even do that much...the next day my left bicep was getting some evil twitches.

    Yes if I move a muscle it might twitch for a bit then stop. Not always but alot. In the morning I can wake up to peace. Then I begin to move abit and bamm, twitch here, then there, then I just start to ignore em.

    Well its not about what id attribute to Anxiety as I dont know your full story inside and out. But becuase in your brief post here you have dscribed symptoms that are generally associated with Anxiety it makes me wonder what else you are suffering from could be caused by Anxiety.
