Fasciculation Sensation in Hands?

Hello,i recently feels like i had very fine fasciculations in the hand but not visible. I feel it like if thera was a hair on my hand i wanted to pull of, but there wasn't ... Is it a bad sign ? In some discussion, it's written fine fasciculation are part of bad diagnosis. I'm not sure my description is very clear because it's difficult to explain something you cant' even see. It's also like a little fine and rectilinear prickle. (sorry for my english, i used google traduction to help me :) ).What do you thing of that? Have you also experienced that kind of thing ?

Thanks yuliasir, your answer alot and must be very patient !and then this kind of issue is obviously not a bad sign  ?I hate myself with my stupids question  ...

I think that to some extent everyone experiences this kind of thing, especially if naturally focused on bodily sensations. Dr Google has a lot to say about what are good and bad signs about fasciculations (fine / strong / widespread / focal etc) but two neurologists that I saw were not interested in any of this. You know the drill.. :) ... No weakness and no abnormal neurological signs mean it is benign.GlowGreen.

Thank you GlowGreen. It's also what i have read here. In fact i have stopped a few months ago consulting dr google, too pessimist :D) , if i read something it's only here. And thank you to share your exp with neuro (i've never seen one, because may "family doctor" -it's the name we give in french"- think it's only "spasmophilie -ithinf it's the french for bfs-) !

sensory issues often happen in anxious persosn or might be just a part of more or less normal life... anyway do not point to ALS af far as I know :)0

Wookiette as Gracely wrote, what you are describing looks more like sensory issues rather than fasciculation. I had that a lot (and it was very annoying|) on my shoulder when I started over focusing on my upper arm after my first deltoid twitching episode. Deltoid stopped twitching after 24 hours but those sensory issues remained for weeks. When I stopped worrying about it everything got back to normal.

Thanks !Today i had big twitches, not one fiber but big that moves a finger and it was in the other hand, so it must be psychologic, i have since a few day at the same time pharyngitis and bronchitis, so it's possible that it influences my sensation !
