BFS: Paresthesia and Restless Legs

Anyone else have these? I'm 6 years into BFS and just now started getting this. When I say paresthesia it's not as if my foot is falling asleep, it's more of a pain when I take a step. In fact, it's so mild that I don't know if my foot is hurt or if it's something with my nerves. I also seem to have "restless legs," which started a day or so after the feeling in my foot.

Does it feel like your feet are:Constricted feelingNumb but not numbKind of a cool feelingPrickly at timesBurny at timesLike little pinches here and therePins and needlesLike a rubber band feelingToo much sun feeling on the skinPainful at times - nervy not muscularThen yeah I have been getting that lately in both feet up to mid shin and in my hands up to my forearms. If that is not the sensation you have then no, I don't have that. I have no idea what its from (I'm a bit help, right), but if you find out what helps tell me. I have tried stretching and hot baths. It seems to help hit or miss. Tylenol takes the edge off but not completely. It comes and goes. I hate it.

I got these symptoms before I got my BFS...I think it all boils down to a hyper-excited nervous system. I still get bouts of restless legs every now and then. I usually chalk it up to sleep deprivation and anxiety. It gets better.
