Yes.Heaps of people here have that.In fact, the very first twitch I got was in my left deltoid, and it was CONSTANT for a few days (60+ times per minute!).
my deltoid and occasional fasciculations in general so my move q to stop her movements, few are more resistant, with no sign of weakness or atrophy in the moment.
