Matt, B5.......... Tongue twitches are the most frequent for me, although they have reduced quite a lot i still get them at some point every day... i did have them every second every day for months on end it was relentless no pause at all...Snoopeno

Colin,Once again, if you don't think this post is interesting just don't reply to it. Simple as that. I never understand why certain people feel the need to submit meaningless replies to posts they don't like or can't contribute to. I think this kind of post can be very helpful to others. Obviously, you don't agree. To suggest that any member of this board wants to be seen as the guy that twitches more than anyone else is just ridiculous and downright ignorant. There are many many people who come to this forum to help each other get through this crappy condition we all share. And then there are people who for whatever reason try to take jabs at others on here, which helps no one. Maybe someday you'll change your attitude and try to actually do some good on here. I know lots of people who spent countless hours trying to help you get through your anxiety. And I'm not sure why you're talking about frequency of twitches as that has nothing to do with this rating system.I try to be nice the first few times, but at some point you become like the mosquito that just won't go away! LOL. I'm sure these words will have no effect and you'll continue to try to stir the pot but you can save yourself the effort. I've blocked your posts so I won't see it. Good luck getting over your anxiety with all this. I hope you can get back to a point of enjoying life. I really do.-MattTO EVERYONE ELSE, KEEP THOSE REPLIES COMIN! Its so interesting to see the percentages. I have 27 ratings and I'll post the results sometime soon!

B/C 4. My symptoms really wax and wane. I have only had a fluttering of my tongue under extreme stress. I can count this happening a handful of times in over 2yrs.

So, this is really hard for me to answer:80% of the time, I'm a B2The rest I'm between a B4 and a B5.My calves twitch every day, but the rest of my body doesn't always twitch, it's much more random. My tongue seems to twitch once or twice, maybe once a week, so I struggle putting myself in the B5 category. Of course, there have been times where it's twitched much more than that, but it's rare. And, I notice it's usually related to how hard I'm clenching my teeth/jaw (TMJ).Not sure if this helps, Matt. Go ahead and put me in B5, if it means that you've twitched there - ever.Mitra

Thanks Mitra!I'm gonna put you in as a B2 since the criteria I used for sensory and cramping was more than one day a week. I'll do the same for the tongue.Hope you're doing well! -Matt

I would say A4, but :- I am really too scared to look at my tongue so...- I had pins and needle for so long I just can't remember but I am twitching for only 2 month so I dont think it's linked to my BFS

Hi, I am B5 too. However, there are days when I almsot dont twitch at all and days I twitch like crazy. Now is 2 years since the first day of twitching. But, if u maybe find it interesting - before twitches started, I was 3 years affraid that I will start twitching  . Cuz I read about twitching ... so I was thinking that cant happen to me... but it happened. Therefore, I think its somehow connected with our mind.

Great idea! I'd say I'm a D5 all the way. Tongue (along with rest of facial muscles) is noticeable 10-15x/day for about 2.5 months, wheras the legs have been CONSTANT since it all started 5 months ago. Cramping occurs in hands/legs/feet usually only 10x/week or less. Sensory issues are the biggest trip... Pins and needles here and there - last night I was actually woken up for the first time from BFS - buzzing sensation from mid-thigh all the way to feet on both legs.

Change me to a B5, because my stupid tongue has twitched several times today. And, I'm a little stressed about it, and not sure why it's changing like this. Hopefully it's just temporary. It's little flicks on the side, a handful of times today. My lips too. Ugh. I hate this stuff!

Aw, sorry to hear that Mitra. Yeah, the ones I've been getting lately are in the back of my tongue on the sides. They happen very frequently during the day and when they started happening, I couldn't tell if it was a twitch, an air bubble, my tongue just hitting my teeth, etc. So I checked it out in the mirror and they are definitely fascics. I've been used to getting these in one spot at a time but lately they have been occurring simultaneously on both sides and on top (again in the back). Sucks. So I'm with ya Mitra. I hope it calms down for you. -Matt
