Tricep Muscle Spasms: Help!

hELLO To all. Have not been on in a while, as i notice i come and go as my symptons get better or worse as im sure many of you do also.. Well today i was awoken by my right tricep muscle, the muscle behind my right bicep, spasming like crazy. It is spasming so bad it actually moves my arm..and has been going non stop now since 6:30 A.M. It is driving me CRAZY!!!! I may have for the first time take some of the ativan that i was prescribed for this bfs a few months ago. This may be the worst twitching/spasm i have ever had in one spot..and it twitches/spasms evey 10 -15 seconds!! Wont be able to see my neurologist to at least next week, like theres anything he can do...but we try anyway. If at all [possible anyone on this board who have helped me so much this past year, and dont even know it, would pm me for a chat would be greatly appreciated, as today is the toughest day ive had in over a year. Thanks guys.

Put this in perspective:1. You've been twitching for over 1 year, right?2. Your symptoms are consistent with the rest of us BFS'ers3. Your BFS diagnosis has been confirmed by EMG's and multiple neuros, right?4. You've experienced changing hot spots like the rest of us, right?5. You are aware twitches vary in location/intensity and can move limbs, right? This is confirmed by others as well as described in "BFS in a Nutshell."So today you woke up with a new hotspot in your tricep......where is the cause for worry?
