Extended Spot Twitching?

Just wondering if others here have had the same spot twitching for an extended period of time. Along with the other random twitches i get, my inner right forearm has been twitching now for close to seven months. Some days alot more than others, but its always twitching. I get some spots for minutes at a time, some last for hours, some even days, but the good ol right forearm has not stopped for about 7 months. I think if it went away now id miss it like an old friend!!

My feet have twitched pretty much non-stop for 2 years.

I get long lasting hot spots all the time. Lately they have been in my ribsm and back. They are very annoying. There is never a time when I don't have at least one hot spot to go with my other regular twitching. Mary

Both calves have twitched 24/7 without stopping ever for 8 months.Hey, you should check out the search function...you will find a lot of stories like yours.

I wanted to share that I too have a hot spot in my right forearm!It goes off several times everyday, and has been that way for almost a week now.I get them in the same spot as you described! the inner side of the right forearm

Under my feets - 4 years.... Annoying but they work as they should...

I have hotspots in my left first dorsal interosseus hand muscle and left foot for more than a year.
