BFS Sufferer's Perceived Weakness & Twitches

Again, I am just running on the assumption I am a BFS'r— and, if I am gonna imagine I have something, I'll take this over most of the other things I was choosing from ANY day! :)In addition to the perceived weakness of my left arm, I get lots of lovely twitched, left arm, left leg, now right leg and torso (though these are less often). One thing I've noted the last couple of days, starting at first on my left shoulder, but seen few times on the right, is a fairly sharp (though not awful) pain dead in the meaty part of my shoulder, VERY much like when one has gotten a shot.Anyone else have that one in their particular symptom mix?

Oh yes, pain in my shoulder, my arm, story of my life with BFS. It was, it has gotten a lot better, in one shoulder only though for me, and was more of a dull nerve pain. It was finally treated as a cervical radiculopathy (pinced nerve in my neck) by a PT, but my neuro doubted the Dx. ALS is NOT bilateral in early stages, as your pain is, if that is any reassurance.

I'd say, for me at the moment, the "injection-type" pain" in my left shoulder is my chief "pain" complaint. This morning, I took note that nothing much was hurting/bothering me when I woke up, which is pretty typical. But then, when I got in the shower and began washing my hair— there it was. Seems like the overhead motion combined with exertion brought it on. Been on and off all day now. Better after Xanax kicks in, begins to become more apparent as I near the time for my next one.
