Hi AS81Welcome to the site. I am glad that you have found us. From the helpful list of symptoms you have given and the fact that you tell us that you have been checked out by a neurologist, who has found nothing serious wrong, as well as the fact that you have had symptoms for 2 years without any weakness, it is clear that you do indeed seem to have BFS. Have a look at the FAQ and articles on the website - they will hopefully assist you in coming to terms with your problems and answering any queries you may have. In terms of improving symptoms, you will see a lot of people on this site have tried lots of different things (medications/ anxiety reduction...) with mixed results. Most of us just learn to live with our symptoms. All the bestSimon

I agree with everything simon stated. I would also add that there is a member here by the name of "dutch Ron." You can find his posts by clicking the "members" link at the top right and searching page 4 of the "Ds". I am pretty sure he is a doctor in the Neatherlands and has had similar symptoms for years. Welcome to the board. Don't worry about your English. It is very good. I am always impressed by anyone who can communicate well in more than one language since I am still trying to master one.Krackersones

Welcome to the board. Let's take your symptoms one by one:twitching everywere - All of us have or have had this.fatique muscles - Many of us have thismuscle pain after exercise like i have run the marathon - I have this every time I exercise.tingling under my feet (most in the morning after getting out of bed) - This was my first symptom! Its what scared me the most initially. First few steps were like walking on pins and needles and tingling in the feet/toes.toes feel numb in the morning but still got feeling in it - See above. I had this.some cramp feeling after bending knees - Have had on and off cramps, near cramps and full cramps in the calves and hamstrings.buzzing feeling - had this in the legs mostly.bug crawling feeling - Others have described this here.sometimes hot feeling on skin - Others have described this here too.trembling after little exercise - Used to watch my legs shake driving home from the gym.coffee/nicotine/anxiety make symptoms increase - Have this one too. My twitching starts up like a symphony trying to warm up. Random noisy twitches.maybe i forgot something because it is quite alot. - You've got no symptom that is unfamiliar here. You've no reason to worry. This is classic BFS. You have no symptom that is concerning. No weakness, nothing.

Hello NewbieYour description is also in keeping with Isaacs Syndrome this is a normally a benign Autoimmune Disease it would be worth while searching Neuromytonia and Peripheral Nerve Hyperexcitability as well all used to describe this Syndrome.RicktSydney Australia
