Vibration-Twitches in Feet?

sorry, but does anyone have vibration-twitches that can be seen in the sole of the foot? have it for days now, only one side....
 
friends,we are in the same boat... let´s try to be patient and comprehensive.we are all a bit hypocondriac, so we must understand the fears of the other.laurent, like me, is very new in the long road... we are still in the worse phase, the darkest moment, the time where we are not used to our new body.if there is no feedback, just don´t give any feedback, or write some nice words... above all this is a self-help forum, let´s try to keep that way.
 
there is no need of being upset here.....i have asked a clear question as this bothers me and disturbs my sleep. and yes it freaks me up because i have been told by another neuro, that was just doing a clinical exam, that fascics in the sole of the foot are a bad sign. so i wonder if this is really the case and if there are bfs-people here who are facing the same sole-twitches.
 
You have to remember that a lot of the things we get with BFS aren't necessarily considered "fascics" at all. There's a reason so many of us get EMGs and are told that, even though we are twitching at the time, the machine isn't even picking up fascics. It's because what we call fascics, and what a doctor would call fasics, aren't necessarily always the same thing. So be careful before you start reading into every little thing your neurologist is saying to you.
 
thanks j_sageurge!i just have it in the left foot-sole and always present......what about you?i think it is not that common down there?
 
Laurent, Look up SEANRBLOCKS post PLEASE and go read his LEFT FOOT TWITCHES post PLEASE for your OWN SAKE. He had it 3 straight years. For your neuro to tell you that in the foot is not a good sign is a bunch of crock I've seen plenty of foot twitchers go through here. Calm down , sounds like you need to see him again for reassurance were not neuro's here and your believing us. If you dont believe us we cant help you.Lovely
 
thanks dee dee and lily (my wonderful cat has the same name)!;-)i have often heard about foot twitching on the arch but never right under the foot on the sole......
 
just had this happen this am-- woke me up out of my sleep!! it went on for about an hour so i couldnt get back to sleep--- got up and it stopped-- but it could have been going on all night long!!!!!
 
oh.. mine ( this am in my foot ) were more like tiny little twitches-- but dont fret, i have had that vibration thing too-- thought there was a cell phone in my "breast pocket " only thre was no cell phone and no pocket! it went away after a few days.
