Boyfriend's Body Twitching: Worried

This made me feel a little better so hope it does for you guys too!I have obviously been doing my boyfriends head in with all my concerns and although he has mentioned he has had twitching before he has now stated that he has been getting it more often and is a little concerned now too. The thing is he is obviously starting to pay attention to his body too. He told me the other day that his bottom was twitching when sitting on the sofa, then his thigh did it at the gym, his arm in work on Friday and now today when out shopping he had buzzing in his hand!! Could this mean that we could be paying too much attention? He never felt any of this before I brought it to his attention!! It helped me feel a little better so thought I'd share it with you guys! ;)

i wish i could go down that road-- my hub twitches too sometimes, but i am very aware of my body and i KNOW this is all "new "-- wish it was so for me....

I've posted about my husband before too. He has twitches that he points out to me. If you can separate "your worry about your symptoms" from "your symptoms" and feel that your symptoms are not impacting your quality of life but rather it is your worry about them that is the problem, then I would feel very optimistic. Your future is in your hands. You may indeed just be hyperaware and have health anxiety. Unfortunately, with the tongue and shear frequency of my symptoms and the fact that I have always been hyperaware, I know this is a problem and it really does impact my life even when I am in a good mental state about it.Krackersones
