Question About Clean EMG & ALS Risk

Because there is a stir going on about BFS into ALS I have a questionThey say it you have a clean EMG it can't be, never happened.Ok, but what is a clean EMGIf they saw fasciculations is this still a clean EMG? Or are those the people that have a very small change of going to ALS?Mine showed fascics but they said there wasn't an underlying disease.Info pleaseFreddieTheFox

There would be fibrillations and positive sharp waves if you had ALS. An EMG of just fascics is nothing.
