CPK Blood Test: Normal or Abnormal?

My Neuro Dr was looking ay my blood tests and noted that my CPK ( Muscle enzyme ? ) was perfectly normal. He did say that would not indicate a Muscle problem like ***...Anybody else have this test? Normal. Abnormal ?

Abnormal after excercising (800 U/l)

Almost normal after some days rest (215 U/l) checked twice.

It should be < 190 but if "something is really going on", it goes up to some thousands or ten thousands! For example some muscle infection in your arm will cause ~4000.

Anyway: Little inreased CK (together with the liver and muscle value GOT) go together with fasciculations. There was some post recently where I wrote some more details.
