One day at Starbucks my stomach was twitching and I started to wonder if I was pregnant and didn't know it cause it felt like a tiny toe kicking me!

Left ear, inside, like a hearbeat, little faster, 60-80 BPM. I can feel the rhythm INSIDE. It's capable of DJ mixing. Explanation is malformation of cervical spine. Appeared one year before first twitching in the right eye-lid.

Yeah, also had that "heartbeat in ear" and I know what this is: There is a tiny muscle (~2mm) that is connected to the membrane. This muscle contracts to dampen oszillation an so protect the ear when the sound level is too high.
