Common Foot/Calf Cramping

wow, everytime I think I have a weird thing going on, I read about someone else having it here. I don't have much of the fanning, but my feet and calves are really sensitive to cramping. If I roll my toes down (like trying to make a fist with your feet) the bottom arch cramps up; and when I push my foot down (like pushing a gas pedal mid air) my calf cramps up.

count me in. Definitely have the foot cramping thing going on...one of my main symptoms. If I curl my toes down or fan my toes out the bottom of my foot cramps. Sometimes my feet cramp just because....how special. It's not called benign cramp-fasciculation syndrome for nothing.

That was one of my first symptoms. My toes starting cramping up and it really hurt. If I moved the my foot the wrong way one of my toes would cramp and you could see it wasn't where it was supposed to be. I had to try and walk it off. Now though it's more of just a cramping feeling without an actual cramp in both my hands and feet.
Take care,
