Twitching & Cramping with BSF?

Are foot cramps very common in BSF? I have been twitching 2 months--all over body-almost continually-a little jab there a little poke there. The bottom of my feet really crackle and pop. Now, I notice that just my right foot seems to feel like it cramps all of the time(not my left). Is this normal BSF? Please help!!!!

I am going through a similar experience to you right now. Have been having twitches here and there for 3 months, but recently started getting foot cramps or the feeling of impending cramp in both my feet (and sometimes my hands). Really scared me. I posted a similar question to yours a week or so ago, and it does seem that many people with BFS experience this sort of thing.

I normally have the sensation of different muscles at different times wanting tio go into cramp mode. Right now its my right knee. Normal to me but I don't think my BCFS is a severe as most cases. I know the feeling though!

I've had cramps in my left foot for about a year. For awhile it came and went. Now its all the time. Podiatrist says plantars fasciitis but I'm wondering if it's really from BFS.
