Is it just me or do many of you notice your twitching gets worse when you are relaxed? I swear that I can walk around the house, walk outside and sweep the patio - do all sorts of things and not feel a single twitch (and it's not that I don't notice them - believe me, I'm so hypervigilant that I would notice them if I got them even while active) but the moment I sit down and relax, they seem to start. Especially at night before going to bed or before having a nap in the daytime or sitting down to relax and watch tv.
I didn't have one twitch from 6 PM to 8 PM tonight - I was fairly active but then I sat down at the table at 8 PM to write out some notes and immediately - my chin started to twitch.
I do get twitches when I'm doing things but not nearly as many as when I'm really relaxed. Is this just part of the nature of BFS? Maybe some of the "old timers" on the forum may know the answer to this...
Thanks and God Bless,
Sorry for so many questions lately - Mark
