Sleep Helped Reduce Symptoms

Had that, it was one of my first symptoms. I found the more I slept, the less I got it.

I have had that too periodically. You are not alone there. I thought it might be clonus but couldn't find anything about it through research. Plus, my reflexes are normal so I don't think you can even have clonus without brisk reflexes as it is in the highest band of hyperreflexia. True?

I have been getting these in a leg or arm for the past several weeks. This is the first I have noticed it and I have had the BFS for almost a year now.

I just wanted to add that everyone told me these were panic attacks too...I was tested for heart stuff & epilespy. Nothing. And definitely not a panic attack because I've had them before and it's definitely not the same thing. Doctors don't quite get it but now I know it's just a part of BFS- regardless of what the doctors say..
