Legs Feeling Like Popcorn after Exercise

Hi Dee Dee,

Good luck with the diet and excercise, pregnancy has a way of wreaking havoc on our bodies!
In regards to your legs turning into popcorn after excercise - that is how my legs feel 24/7! I have always described it as popcorn popping or fireworks going off. Defintely worse after excercise. It doesn't freak me out anymore; however, my husband gets the biggest kick out of watching my calves jump around -men!

Thanks Jen. I twitch daily, but it usually hits on area and moves one. This episode was much different than what I normally experience. "Fireworks" was a great analogy.

Twitching like that IMMEDIATELY after exercise is VERY normal. I remember that happening to me 15 years ago. That was when I execersied 6 days a week and was in wonderful shape AND had never heard of BFS.

Don't fret about that. It's NORMAL :D)

I have probably had twitching (at some point) all of my life and never noticed it.. Who knows??? My symptoms are also exacerbated when I have my monthly. (Sorry Guys) The twitching, cramping and fatigue increase in severity and duration. Weird....

i'm like you i've had twitching for 18 months caused by either stopping smoking or cipro. i've lawsy pretty much twitched in 1 area dn it moves around. i wouldn't call my twitching as bad as many on here but the ones i dislike the most or the lower eyelid twitches
