Pins and Needles Feeling on Scalp

Do any of you get a pins and needles feeling on your scalp. it feels almost like I got a chill like when you come out of water and a cold breeze hits you.

Interesting! I have the same sensation for over a week now...never had it before. I got very little sleep and was traveling oversee. The tingling is mainly at the left side and comes as waves. I was ready to post the same question. In addition to the tingling I expierence an increase in facial twitches.

I get the same thing, infact I got this before the twitches started.
