Face Muscle Twitching/Tremoring

Okay so I thought I might ask around and see if anyone else here has this. The muscles in my face tremor or jerk when exerted. For instance if I hold a smile the muscles will look like they are twitching rapidly, though I'm not sure if it's actually twitching or a form of like tremor. It's so much that if I hold a tone while whistling it will actually warble due to the muscles in my lips tremoring/twitching. Or if I squint I notice the muscles under my right eye doing it rapidly. It's really annoying.

I suggest you request an EEG. I have many similar things going on, including focal temporal-parietal seizures.

Yesssss My whole face lips tongue had this from the very start almost 4 years now ... It stays the same its always there ! Obviously when I have good months and I don't care I don't notice it as much hope this helps

I think I read you complaining about your knees ? Well that's one of my biggest issues I have ;( it's not much of a pain, but a strange feeling. It both knees and my hips sometimes. Did it get any better ? I have that for a while now ... Some days better then others but ;(
