Hello, lately I received the supposed diagnosis Small Fiber Neuropathe (and I habe Mononeuropathie of my arms - long fibers). Does SFN cause twitching? In my case it reacts on cortisone by the way, indicating it is autoimmune. Thanks!

I am not 100 % sure - read some posts of NordicPrincess user here - she got SFN diagnosis also. She mentioned severe pains, and I think, twitches too.SFN is a tough case since tere is no solid treatment strategies, but it never kills which is a good outcome anyway.hugsYulia

Yes I am fairly certain it can cause fasciculations due to the nerve damage. Cramps can also be present. I remember thinking I had this years ago, but never bothered to get a biopsy, and my neuro told me that neuropathies could cause the symptoms I was experiencing. Best of luck
