Been having this constant twitch in my elbow for a week now. I have had hotspots before but this thing goes every 5-30 seconds non-stop. It's totally out of the norm for me to have this happen without letting up.Has anyone else had a long term twitch that just fires off every few seconds...

yep mine was doing it too. It was the muscle between my thumb and index finger twitching and causing my finger to jump. that is actually a very common place for BFS twitches.
