Hello again. I posted on this site 1 year ago, then I was scared of ALS because I had constant muscle twitching in left triceps. I went to neurologist who diagnosed BFS and twitching in my arm stopped. I have it still sometimes, somewhere in the body but I stopped worrying about ALS. I am 29y...

4 months is a long time to live with this anxiety...guess visiting neurologist would be best.

I've found a post from a 27y old guy who has recently been diagnosed with ALS, and his first symptoms were fasciculations in biceps and thights ( so not only 1 area) and weakness came later...I guess he was 1 in 165000000 but these kinds of stories make me scared to death.

I can honestly say I hate Google. After my forearm twitches I google to see if it's maybe heart related and first heard of ALS, then triceps started to twitch and since I read that it's usually 1 limb that twitch my brain is probably *beep* with me and only my left triceps is twitching. Anyway...
