It depends how long you have been twitching. I have been twitching for years and it doesn't bother me nearly as much as when I first started. I went through the scare thing and the tests. Now that I know it's BFS I just live with it. Time really seems to help when it comes to them not bothering you.

My muscle twitches started 5 years ago when I was on Zoloft. I think zoloft has something to do with serotonin, but I could be wrong. All I know is when I quit the Zoloft the twitching got better but never went away. Like a lot of other people it is worse when I am stressed out. I am convinced...
