Have any of you tongue twitchers felt it twitch while you talk??

Thank you this post really helped! I have had bad tongue twitching for the past weeks and it is driving me crazy!

The thing is that I can wake the twitch up if I move my tongue around my mouth, specifically if I move my tongue to touch the teeth at the back of my mouth. Is this normal? It also sometimes starts twitching by itself but it definatly twiches more if I move it. What do you guys think?? Is this...

It does help!! Just to know that I am not the only one! I had actually never had a real hot spot so thats why I have been so freaked out with this one! I have made it a point to not bother my tongue so much and it seems to get better this way. Anyone else suffered from these??

The twitch i am refering to is the one on the side of the tongue that u can see in theeft side of the video. The others I think are normal movements of my tongue since they dont happen when it is at rest. I didnt have EMG of my tongue but they did do it on my neck.
