Well you guessed. They did three needles on my right leg and two needles on my right arm and all turned out perfect. I wonder where that "perceived weakness" came from :=)
Thank you guys for the reassurance. What makes me even worry more is that Dr Roos actually admits it's possible that my right leg may have a problem while the left limbs show a perfect EMG. He is arranging another EMG for me for FREE!
yes I am in chicago. I went to see Dr Raymond Roos in the hospital of university of chicago. He is supposedly one of best *** experts. Kit, you are right, the twiches don't really bother me that much. They've been there for over a year. I noticed them then but didn't give a thought about it...
Thanks for the reply, Kit. Another worrisome fact is that I am actually thinking my right leg is thinner than the left, even though the neuro thought he found a thicker right leg. I keep asking if it's possible that a thicker leg can become thinner in 2 weeks.
As I explained in an earlier post, the neurologist didn't perform the test on my right limbs even though I complained a perceived weak right leg. I guess they decided to perfrom on my left limbs because the neuro found a "thinner" left arm and leg. He stopped the test since everything was...
I contacted the neurologist and he said it is possible that one limb may have a problems while the others are fine. What the heck? If it's possible, they should always perform the test on all limbs, right?!
I posted last week about my appointment with a neurologist. Since the doctor noticed thinner left limbs, EMG was only performed on my left arm and left leg, even though I told the doctor that I perceived "weakness" on my right leg. The doctor said "we don't have to do it on all parts of your...
I started feeling very fine twitching almost a year ago. It was very fine and only heppened to my calves/thighs before I went to bed. I didn't feel them at any other time. Recently I realized I could actually see the muscle moving just udner the skin and started noticing them in other parts of...
