Thanks for the responses. The pain does feel as if I'd been exercising and had a pull but it also feels like a pulsating pain. It's weird and been going on for awhile. I tend to think this is a cramp but some other posts have led me to think that true cramping feels more like charley horses...

Well - pins and needles can be both blood supply and nerves. When you shake the limb/or stretch it, etc. - does the feeling come back?

I get them all over - feet, face, arms, etc. Esp. my face. I also get them in my mouth.

I had the rhythmic buzzing in my foot and still get it occassionally. It's very odd and would last for hours, then stop. Right now I'm getting constant pain in my upper thigh. I had stopped worrying so much but this is getting to me. Good luck. (my foot buzzing started years ago.)
