The past weeks I'm always dropping things. Today: keys, little box and tooth paste already. I think each day I drop 5 to then 10 things.Is this like the ALS dropping things?

Anyone ever had a bicep hotspot?It's going non stop for 2 weeks now - 24/7 each second.Is this bad?

Yes I get cramps too, calves, hands and bicep (minor). Neuro told me it's all part of this wonderful syndrome :(

The neuro saw them in my calves. He didn't gave me a reason for it, just called it 'probably BFS'. He said he knows it's a annoying syndrome and that you can't really do much about it.However I still have my doubts because of the amout of twitches I have. Many people here twitch 50 times a day...

Indeed when using the computer mouse and when I lay down to relax the arm goes twitching a lot. The increase of the arm twitching really got me scared up again
