Neck cramps are hell. I get those too (long before BFS) from yawning and certain movements....they are really really painful! cenkay...

i think you will find everyone, not just people with bfs or a disease will have jaw muscles that tire when chewing chewy things

exercise deffo helps for me, especially when i realize i can run for longer than my friends, who dont have bfs lol

ALS does not affect the eyes initially, yes, in the very very late stages where you are immobile/disabled then it can effect the eyes...
